Our Attorneys’ Collaborative Training

By trade, attorneys are trained litigators. Operating effectively in a non-adversarial process such as collaborative divorce, however, requires a shift in thinking and development of skills that are not taught in law school.

Our attorneys bring a wealth of training and experience to their collaborative divorce cases. As members of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals, they promote and maintain the highest standards for collaborative practitioners. They often take advantage of opportunities to attend continuing education that builds their collaborative skills.
