Bridgette
D. Pozzuto enjoys
the challenge of tailoring her approach to each client's individual case
and engaging each client in a partner-like relationship in decision making.
While
experienced in the analysis and litigation of complex domestic relations
issues, she is also pleased to offer her clients the opportunity to preserve
their autonomy and dignity though collaborative processes. Bridgette has
been a member of the Center
for Principled Family Advocacy since 2004
and is currently
serving as Co-Chair of the Collaborative Practice Group and as a trustee
for the Center for Principled Family
Advocacy. Bridgette is one
of only a small handful of attorneys in Northeast
Ohio who are members of the International
Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Bridgette has been selected
by Law & Politics periodical as a Rising Star among Ohio's
Super Lawyers. She has practiced exclusively
in the area of family law in Cuyahoga and surrounding counties since 1998,
serving clients who desire experienced, personalized assistance in divorce,
dissolution, custody
and support matters. Bridgette also protects the interests of children by
acting as a Guardian ad Litem in the Domestic Relations Court of Cuyahoga
County.
Bridgette earned
her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University and
J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law. Bridgette is a
member of
the Cleveland, Cuyahoga and Ohio State Bar Associations, and she has been admitted
to the bars of the State of Ohio, State of Pennsylvania and the United States
Supreme Court.
